How to insert the tambour needle in the handle?

Insert the tambour hook so that the tongue faces the screw perfectly.  In this way, the needle won’t get caught in the fabric.

The length of the Luneville embroidery hook should not be longer than 1.3 cm from the edge of the handle to the head of the hook. This will shorten the stitch way, so you can work easier and faster.

The screw will be your guide so that you always know where the tongue is.
